Please fill out a parent contact questionnaire. Please fill in as much information as possible. I will be spending a lot of time with your student and there may be times when I need to contact you quickly.

I will send reminders such as: “Test on multiplying fractions tomorrow”, “Field trip tomorrow. Your student needs comfy shoes and their permission slip”, “Report cards were sent home today”. If there was ever an emergency during school hours I’d be able to send messages to all parents with updates.
