Have you ever heard of Battle of the Books? It is a voluntary reading program for students in 3rd thru 12th grades. Students read books and come together, usually in groups, to demonstrate their abilities and to test their knowledge of the books they have read. Westridge had the grade battles and these are the groups that won from 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades.
